How do I get results published in Schools Cricket Online?
If using a traditional written scorebook, send them by e-mail to [email protected] by Monday lunchtime at the latest. Results are posted weekly on Tuesdays. They need to conform to the website’s style guide. Download it here, print it out and study it carefully if you have not previously sent results.
If you use electronic scoring then you simply press a button, having set up this e-mail address. It will be sent in the Schools Cricket Online format. This applies to TCS, CricHQ and nxcricket.
How do I add details of my school in the Individual schools section of Schools Cricket Online?
This section welcomes new additions. Please provide
a) a picture of the playing field or pavilion whether cricket is being played or not
b) directions to the ground (a link to your school’s website is fine)
c) a brief history of cricket at your school (approx 200 words). Mention any famous players from the past.
d) names (with county) of any current professional cricketers.
Send this to [email protected]. We reserve the right to edit if necessary.

Can Schools Cricket Online help me to find fixtures if I have an unexpected space?
The Editor offers this free service. Approximately 200 such requests are made each year.
Send an e-mail in such a form that he can simply forward the e-mail to all schools in your area or, in some cases (eg Festivals) to all cricket-playing schools in the UK. For example, “Dear Masters i/c I have a blank Saturday (or would like to join a Festival) on xxxxx etc etc” Send an e-mail to [email protected].
Can you help me to contact Masters i/c cricket or Directors of Sport?
We are not prepared to give out schools’ e-mail addresses but the Editor is prepared to e-mail schools with suitable material. This would not normally include advertising for services or sales of equipment etc.
Send any such requests to the Editor to [email protected]. It should be in the form that he can simply forward it to appropriate schools.
To reach a wide audience of those involved in schools cricket to advertise services or equipment, please advertise on this site. Send any such requests to the Editor to [email protected]
