The ECB have now rolled up the various regulations (which are mandatory for schools) into a separate section of their website and they can all be found here. They cover such aspects as fast bowling limits, wearing of helmets, girls playing in boys’ cricket teams, fielding restrictions and various other aspects of safety in cricket.
